The ethStaking V3 testnet is on Goerli. If you need some Goerli ETH, try the following faucets: https://goerlifaucet.com/ or https://goerli-faucet.mudit.blog/ You will only need a small amount of Goerli ETH for gas fees and testing a small staking deposit. If you need to install a wallet on your device, check out My Ether Wallet (MEW).
